No — this is expert advisory analysis prepared by a qualified sustainability consultant with a Master of Architecture. It is not a PAS 2035 regulated assessment. We explain the difference clearly in every report, and flag where a regulated assessment is additionally required.
Every report includes a grant eligibility section that reviews the main UK schemes — including the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (£7,500), Warm Homes Local Grant (up to £30,000), ECO4 (closing December 2026), and relevant local council schemes — against your property and household details. We identify which schemes you may potentially qualify for and provide a guide on how to explore applying. Final eligibility is always confirmed by the scheme provider, not by us. Grant data is verified as of the date your report is prepared.
Online calculators use generic assumptions. Your report is prepared by a consultant who reviews your specific property — your wall type, roof orientation, construction era, heating system, and goals — and builds recommendations around your actual situation. No calculator can assess solar potential from satellite imagery or flag planning constraints for your specific street.
You are immediately redirected to a short questionnaire (8–10 minutes). Once we receive your answers, we prepare your personalised report and deliver it as a PDF to your email address within 5 working days.
Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel for a full refund — no questions asked.

When you complete the questionnaire, you will see an optional tick box asking if you want us to start your report immediately. Ticking this box is in your interest — it means we begin work straight away and deliver your report faster. The trade-off is that once your completed report has been delivered, the 14-day cancellation window closes (because the service has been fully provided). If you cancel after we have started but before delivery, you receive a pro-rata refund — meaning you pay only for the proportion of work already completed. If you do not tick the box, we wait 14 days before starting, and you retain the full right to cancel for a complete refund during that period.
